  Ingredients   
 
For Cheese Balls
 Low fat cheese (paneer) grated- 1 cup
Finely grated carrot- ½ cup
Mixed nut powder- 2 tsp
Crushed cranberries- 2 tsp
Oats powder (for binding)-1-2 tablespoon
Salt & pepper- as per taste
 
For tomato sauce 
 Tomato puree
(from boiled & peeled tomato) : 1 cup
Salt & pepper : as per taste
Curry powder : 1 teaspoon
Sugar or honey : ½ teaspoon
Chopped basil leaves : ¼ katori
 
Preparation method:
 
For cheese balls:
Combine all ingredients of cheese balls together in a bowl & mix well.
Divide the dough in 10-12 equal size portions & roll out in smooth balls
Steam in steamer for 5-7 minutes & keep a side.
 
For the tomato sauce:
Pour the tomato puree in a deep non-stick pan & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
Add salt & pepper as per taste.
Add curry powder.
Add little sugar or honey to balance the pungency of tomato sauce.
Sauté for a while.
Add prepared cheese balls in the tomato puree & give it a boil.
 Switch of the gas & garnish with chopped basil leaves.
Serve hot.
